NO inflation = NO increase in cost to live, so there is NO REASON for Cost of Living Payments to go UP if Cost of Living IS NOT going UP!!!

Americans have MORE cash sitting on the sidelines than foreign investors do... we're only still in this recession because of fear, but foreign entrepreneurs only look for opportunities, which is why they will be successful.

New Mexico comes to mind - Espanola, NM is tucked in a valley with mountains on all sides, so it gets only 11.8" of snow, 9.8" of Precipitation total, average high of 46.8 in the winter and 89.8 in the summer, and is 1hr 32min from Albuquerque International Airport. Check it out! :)

Um, maybe it's obvious, but the % of people discounting their homes to sell them = the % of people who priced their homes too high to begin with. It's called MARKET ECONOMICS - if you aren't selling your home after you've had lots of views, YOU'RE ASKING TOO MUCH.

The U.S. Postal Service is the MOST EFFICIENT, LOWEST COST Postal System in the WORLD. If we paid the rates other countries are paying, we would be paying 50-100% MORE (that's 65-90 cents for first class mail!) - and that doesn't even factor in that the delivery area in the U.S.
